Frozen Banana Berry Shake

Below is another one of my frozen banana shake recipes that is healthy and delicious! I really love this shake because it's super refreshing because of the fresh berries in it. It's full of nutrients and most of the sweetness comes from the fruits, so if the fruits are ripe enough, you can even omit the sweeteners if you'd like.
Frozen Banana Berry Shake

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of sugar or honey
- 3-4 ripe strawberry
- 7-8 blueberries
Directions
1 - Peel banana and cut it up and freeze it in a blender cup or a regular container for about 2-3 hours at least.
2 - Take out the frozen banana for about one hour before making the shake.
3 - Add milk, sugar, strawberry, blueberries and blend. Enjoy!
